Shipping & Tracking

For local delivery, shipping will take approximately:

West Malaysia: 4-10 working days
East Malaysia: 7-14 working days

Please note that the expected delivery date is at our best approximation and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as courier service delays, adverse weather conditions, shipping restrictions, and other environmental factors.

If you have not received your order by the expected delivery date, please check on the shipment status by tracking your order. You can do so by keying in the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email at https://www.tracking.my/best.

The following possibilities could have occurred: 

  1. You have keyed in the wrong shipping address during checkout
  2. There was nobody to pick up the parcel at the shipping address provided
  3. You could not be contacted via phone or email during the delivery period

Do note that any additional shipping charges for attempted delivery and returning shipping charges will be borne by you.

To avoid this issue, please always ensure that your shipping address entered is correct during checkout and that there is someone to pick up your parcel during the estimated arrival time.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to redirect orders once your items have been shipped. If the address provided is incorrect, the parcel will be returned to us by our designated courier partners.

Returns & Exchanges

Our return/exchange policy is only applicable to defective or wrong item(s) received in your order and has to be made within 14 days of receipt (local orders). All returned item(s) should be packed in its new, unused, and original package. 

Please take note of the following return or exchange exclusions:

  • No cash refund will be given. A product replacement or online store credits (with 90-days validity) will be granted instead
  • Valid for purchases made on hummerfashion.com only
  • Returns or exchanges for purchases made online will not be accepted at our retail outlets.

For returns using Poslaju:

  1. Download and print your return shipping label
  2. Pack the product (in its original condition) along with its receipt together and attach the return label on the parcel
  3. Take a picture of the parcel, consignment note, and receipt as proof and kindly email it to our Customer Support Team at contact@ideahub.studio
  4. Drop off your parcel at any Poslaju branch and ensure that the return address is correct.

Generally, any return or exchange requests made will be processed within 5 working days, after the parcel has arrived in our warehouse and inspected for reasons stated in the request. You will be notified thereafter via email or WhatsApp.
