My parcel has been returned to Hummer Fashion, why did that happen?
The following possibilities could have occurred:
You have keyed in the wrong shipping address during checkout
There was nobody to pick up the parcel at the shipping address provided
You could not be contacted via phone or email during the delivery period
Do note that any additional shipping charges for attempted delivery and returning shipping charges will be borne by you.
To avoid this issue, please always ensure that your shipping address entered is correct during checkout and that there is someone to pick up your parcel during the estimated arrival time.
Can I change my delivery address after my order has been shipped?
Unfortunately, we will not be able to redirect orders once your items have been shipped. If the address provided is incorrect, the parcel will be returned to us by our designated courier partners.

Returns & Exchanges
How do I make a return or exchange?
Our return/exchange policy is only applicable to defective or wrong item(s) received in your order and has to be made within 14 days of receipt (local orders). All returned item(s) should be packed in its new, unused, and original package.
Please take note of the following return or exchange exclusions:
No cash refund will be given. A product replacement or online store credits (with 90-days validity) will be granted instead
Valid for purchases made on hummerfashion.com only
Returns or exchanges for purchases made online will not be accepted at our retail outlets.

Download and print your return shipping label
Pack the product (in its original condition) along with its receipt together and attach the return label on the parcel
Take a picture of the parcel, consignment note, and receipt as proof and kindly email it to our Customer Support Team at email@example.com

How long does it take for a return or exchange request to process?
